The Viral Discovery and Ecology Laboratory (ViDEL), headed by Associate Researcher Alex Culley, is part of the Pacific Biosciences Research Center in the School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Our research focuses on investigating the diversity and dynamics of viral communities in extreme environments.
